FORGE Program

The First Responder Operational Resilience & Growth Enhancement  (FORGE) Program is designed to give first responders the mental health support they need in the same way they’d treat a physical injury. Just like you’d take time off to recover from a broken leg, our program offers an accelerated 2-3 week treatment path for those dealing with the psychological toll of high-stress, traumatic events.

Key features include:

  • Personalized treatment plans that address the specific challenges first responders face, such as burnout, trauma, and cumulative stress.

  • Accelerated daily sessions over 2-3 weeks, designed to promote rapid recovery using evidence-based treatments that have proven to reduce PTSD symptoms quickly and effectively.

  • Expert clinician (Dr. Rozek) who specialize in treating first responders, with deep understanding of the unique pressures, risks, and culture associated with first responders.

Taking time to recover from mental stress is just as important as physical recovery, and the FORGE Program is here to help you regain your operational resilience. You’ve committed to protecting others—now let us help you protect yourself. This program is specific to first responders.Click here if you are not a first responder.

First Responders are encouraged to access our Outpatient Therapy for other mental health concerns or if the FORGE Program isn’t the best fit for their needs.

PTSD Treatment Options

1

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

CPT is a proven therapy that helps people who have experienced trauma change the way they think about their experiences. By working through thoughts and feelings with a therapist, CPT helps reduce the distressing symptoms of PTSD and improves overall well-being.

2

Prolonged Exposure (PE)

PE is a therapy designed to help people gradually confront and process memories and situations related to their trauma in a safe and supportive environment. By working with a therapist, you’ll slowly face these difficult memories, which can help reduce the power they have over your life.

3

Trauma Management Therapy (TMT)

TMT combine personalized exposure therapy sessions with skills-based therapy to help you manage and reduce symptoms like fear, anger, depression, and sleep issues. By facing and reinterpreting the triggers of your trauma, TMT empowers you to regain control over your life and well-being
