For individuals we provide support in managing stress, building resilience, and overcoming the impacts of trauma, so you can live the life you want and respond to high stress situations with confidence. KITE Core specializing in treatment post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other stress related issues for first responders, military personnel and others impacted by trauma. Our behavioral health treatments are evidence-based that work and work quickly.

First Responders
We specialize in providing treatment and training programs specifically designed for First Responders. Our FORGE PTSD Program is an accelerated treatment created to address the unique stressors and experiences First Responders face. In addition, we offer Foundational and Advanced Peer Support Training courses, equipping first responders with the knowledge and tools to support their peers through mental health challenges.
Clinician Training
We offer suicide prevention trainings to equip professionals with essential skills to manage suicide risk. Both Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Crisis Response Plan training provides an evidence-based approach to reduce suicidal risk. We also offer workshops on Lethal Means Safety and specialized courses on Telehealth for High-Risk Individuals.
